What You Will Do

Support sales of Microchip products, work with field sales teams, application engineering, and channel partners to support customer requirements, and maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Degree holder with at least 3 yrs experience in sales support
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office programs specifically Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Fluent in English is mandatory, both written and spoken
• Excellent organization skills
• Must be service oriented
• Ability and willingness to work in a dynamic international environment, to interact and communicate with different cultures
• Ability to work proactively, anticipating and resolving customer issues
• Detailed oriented and precise
• Sound business sense and ability to judge when to escalate by formulating a business case for Business Unit or Sales Management evaluation
