What You Will Do

Drive multiple concurrent product lines from concept through definition and launch, working at the intersection of marketing, engineering, and the broader automotive ecosystem. Represent Microchip in key industry consortia and shape the wireless roadmap for durable, long-lifecycle markets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field
• 15+ years of relevant experience in semiconductor product marketing or product management, with hands-on experience defining wireless SoC or RF IC products (BLE, UWB, Wi-Fi, SubGHz, or similar).
• Proven track record of driving business, generating new revenue and releasing new products to market
• Experience driving new product definition and product business plans
• Demonstrated ability to engage at a technical level with architecture, design and applications
• Familiarity with the competitive landscape in automotive connectivity semiconductors
• Strong financial acumen, comfortable with revenue modeling, forecasting, margin analysis for semiconductor product lines
• Excellent communication skills; able to influence cross-functional teams and leadership
