Role Overview
The Supply Demand Analyst (SDA) plays a meaningful role in connecting customer demand, product availability, and revenue priorities across the business. The team partners closely with Sales, Operational Units, Logistics, Demand Coordination, Finance, and Operations to support data-driven decisions that improve planning accuracy, protect customer commitments, and drive business performance.
What You Will Do
As a Supply Demand Analyst, you will help balance customer demand with available supply while supporting key planning processes such as Sales Lock, Sales Plan, Sales Flash, constrained consensus, and planning for customer assistance. You will apply data, analytics, and cross-functional partnerships to identify potential risks and suggest actions to enable successful execution and revenue attainment.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, the ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations, and proficiency with Excel and business intelligence, planning, or reporting tools. Experience with RapidResponse, Snowflake, Power BI, or similar enterprise planning and analytics platforms is a plus.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Data Analytics, Operations, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Experience in demand planning, supply chain planning, sales operations, revenue operations, finance, or a related analytical function
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations
- Proficiency with Excel and business intelligence, planning, or reporting tools
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional stakeholders
