Role Overview

The Channel Marketing Manager will own two important areas for the North America Consumer business: AI Innovation across the organization and Retail Visual Merchandising across largest retail partners. The ideal candidate is a strong operator who can move seamlessly between strategy and execution, influence across complex stakeholder groups, and turn new ideas into scalable programs with measurable business impact.

What You Will Do

The Channel Marketing Manager will accelerate the practical adoption of AI across the North America Consumer organization, build lighter solutions, route bigger needs to WDS Business Strategy & Operations, take AI to partners, and champion AI adoption across the function and region. The manager will also own Microsoft’s North America retail visual merchandising strategy and end-to-end execution across priority retailers in the U.S. and Canada.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or related field
• 4+ years digital, retail, channel marketing, marketing, retail sales, or commercial sales experience
• Master’s Degree in Business Administration, or related field
• 6+ years Digital, Retail, Channel Marketing, Marketing, Retail Sales, or commercial sales experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or related field
• 8+ years digital, retail, channel marketing, marketing, retail sales, or commercial sales experience
