Role Overview

The Sales Enablement & Operations (SE&O) team helps translate Microsoft’s commercial strategy into effective execution across our markets. Working across regions, areas and subsidiaries, the team connects strategy, insights and execution to help accelerate business growth and customer impact. As Copilot Go-To-Market Manager, you will play a key role in accelerating this opportunity across EMEA.

What You Will Do

Drive the M365 Copilot go-to-market strategy across EMEA, partnering with Area, Operating Unit, sales, marketing and business teams to translate strategic priorities into clear execution plans and measurable business outcomes.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in marketing strategy, business planning, sales enablement, business development, technical pre-sales, go-to-market strategy or a related discipline.
• Experience developing and executing go-to-market strategies across multiple markets, business units or customer segments.
• Strong understanding of generative AI, cloud technology, productivity solutions or the broader enterprise technology market.
• Demonstrated ability to translate strategy into execution and business outcomes, using market, pipeline and customer insights to identify opportunities and address blockers.
• Experience influencing and collaborating with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams in a complex, matrixed organisation.
• Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships across sales, marketing, partners and other business functions.
