Role Overview
As a Sales Operations Manager, you will support the Clinical Applications Business and Sales Operations team, helping to accelerate adoption of Dragon Copilot, an AI-enabled clinical assistant experience. You will partner with leadership and sellers to demonstrate value, support broader availability, and help customers and partners transition to the next-generation platform.
What You Will Do
You will enable consistent forecasting, pipeline management, reporting, and execution as the team aligns to Microsoft operating rhythms. Your insights will help identify performance blockers, improve operational processes, and support scalable customer outcomes.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Sales, Accounting, Information Systems, Social Sciences or related field
- 2+ years’ experience in sales operations, project management, analytics, compensation, sales performance analytics, finance/business analyst, process improvement, business development, consulting, finance, marketing, or a related field
