Role Overview

Join the Customer Experience and Success (CE&S) organization as a Senior Data Analyst to design, develop, and optimize enterprise-scale Power BI reporting solutions that enable data-driven decision-making across the organization.

What You Will Do

Architect, build, and maintain sophisticated Power BI dashboards, reports, and semantic data models, develop advanced DAX measures, Power Query transformations, and optimized data models to support reporting and analytics needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology (IT), or related field
• 5+ years of technical support, technical consulting, analytics, reporting, or information technology experience
• Advanced data analytics skills
• Advanced dashboard-building and visualization skills
• Data storytelling
• Deep experience with Power BI Service, deployment pipelines, and row-level security
• Experience with large-scale data warehouses and star-schema design
• Track record of building widely adopted, high-performance reporting solutions
• Advanced data modeling skills
• Advanced proficiency in SQL
