Analytics Engineer (Data Stack & BI)

Role Overview

As a software and SaaS provider, we use data from various societies and systems to manage our business. You will ensure that this data is available correctly, traceable, and reliable. You will work closely with accounting and management.

What You Will Do

Your tasks include developing the data stack, translating metrics, making insights visible, ensuring data quality, and ensuring stable operation.

Why It Might Be a Fit

You will work analytically, structured, and precisely. If numbers do not match, you want to know why. You are responsible for a reliable operation and will take responsibility for monitoring, troubleshooting, and restarting our productive analytics stack.

Requirements

• very good SQL knowledge, ideally with PostgreSQL
• practical experience with dbt or a comparable transformation framework
• familiarity with Power BI, especially with data modeling and DAX
• experience with productive systems and willingness to take responsibility for a reliable operation
• good financial understanding and ability to define terms such as revenue, recurring revenues, cancellation rate, debts, or plan-actual comparison safely
• fluent in German
