We are a Legal-Tech company from Cottbus, looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will have several years of experience and be willing to take responsibility for their channels and budgets. What You Will Do

As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing paid campaigns on Meta, Google, and TikTok. You will manage budgets, keep an eye on KPIs, and know when to scale and when not to. You will also develop ideas for new ad creatives, brief the design team, and work with Figma to optimize every step of the customer journey.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in performance marketing
• Ability to take responsibility for channels and budgets
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• German or English language skills (approx. B2 level)
