Product Operations Specialist

Role Overview

As a Product Operations Specialist, you will support the development, maintenance, and distribution of healthcare financial and analytic software products. You will communicate with account managers and subject matter experts to coordinate customer communication, distribute and apply new releases, gather feedback, and update the product roadmap. You will also improve upon existing software product support processes by supporting new client onboarding, managing software distribution, invoicing and billing processes for software products, and supporting product growth operations.
