Software Engineer(Agentic AI Automation)

Role Overview

The Agentic Automation Engineer is a multi-platform AI role at the Software Engineer I level. The IT team supports the company’s growth by partnering with each function to align the IT strategy and identify solutions, automating business processes, developing custom software solutions, and managing the infrastructure and security these solutions require across the enterprise.

What You Will Do

Design, build, test, and deploy AI agents and automations, partner with business-aligned delivery teams, connect agents to enterprise systems and data, serve as a support escalation point for AI agents and automations, and monitor agent performance and usage.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or another technical field, or equivalent relevant experience
• 1–3 years of experience in software development, automation, agentic development or an IT-related position
• Working knowledge of the Oracle technology stack
• Foundational understanding of generative AI and agentic concepts
• Programming or scripting experience in at least one language
• Understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and common authentication methods
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with agent interoperability standards
• Oracle or Microsoft AI certifications
