Role Overview
The Director, Sales Training & Field Enablement owns the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of the new hire sales academy, sales training curriculum, and company’s largest field-facing meetings. This role serves as the primary Sales Training liaison to Marketing and Medical Affairs for the review and professional promotion of field-facing training and promotional materials.
What You Will Do
Design and deliver new hire sales academy, build certification standards, develop and maintain core sales training curriculum, establish governance process for updating curriculum content, manage training content library, and lead end-to-end planning and execution of large-scale company meetings.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 10+ years of pharmaceutical or biotech industry experience
- Prior people leadership experience or completion of a formal people leadership development program
- Prior experience supporting a product launch, new hire academy, or national sales meeting
- Direct experience navigating MLR/promotional review (PRC) processes and pharmaceutical compliance requirements
- Cardiovascular and/or chronic care therapeutic experience preferred
- Strong project management skills
- Familiarity with learning technologies and CRM-enabled training tools
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
- A builder mindset with high personal accountability, resourcefulness, and a collaborative spirit
Benefits
- US Salary Range: $175,000 – $190,000
