What You Will Do
Design and implement advanced analytics solutions, develop predictive and prescriptive models, build and maintain machine learning models, and collaborate with stakeholders.

Requirements
- Education in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics or related field
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in Data Analytics, HR Analytics or Business Intelligence
- Proficiency in programming languages (Python, R), data visualisation tools (Power BI, Tableau), database management and ETL processes, machine learning frameworks and CRISP-DM methodology
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to convey complex issues in a simple and easy to understand manner
