Senior Manager of Growth Marketing and Communications

Role Overview

The Senior Manager of Growth Marketing and Communications leads two connected mandates: building a repeatable B2B marketing engine for the broadband program and a public communications and thought-leadership platform for Mission Telecom Giving. The role reports jointly to Mission Telecom’s Executive Director and the Executive Director of Mission Telecom Giving.

What You Will Do

Key responsibilities include demand generation and campaigns, account-based marketing and sales alignment, email, nurture, and lifecycle marketing, website and conversion optimization, sales enablement, content, events, and thought leadership, marketing operations and analytics, paid acquisition, and agency and vendor management.

Requirements

• 7 or more years of progressive experience in B2B marketing, growth marketing, demand generation, or a related field
• Hands-on experience with email and nurture, paid acquisition, landing pages, CRM, and marketing automation
• Experience building and running account-based marketing (ABM) programs with a sales team
• Experience with marketing operations, attribution, full-funnel reporting, conversion optimization, and testing
• Strong collaboration with sales and business development teams
• Experience with partner, channel, or referral marketing
• Experience with earned media and thought leadership
• Strong writing across sales copy and policy-literate thought leadership
• Experience managing outside agencies, freelancers, technology vendors, or specialized partners within a set budget

Benefits

• Annual salary of $120,000 to $140,000 based on experience and qualifications
