We’re seeking a Solutions Engineer to join our Customer Success & Solutions Engineering team. The successful candidate will partner with Account Executives, Account Managers, Product, Engineering, and Support to deliver self-serve analytics to customers and drive ROI on Mixpanel investment.
Requirements
- Support Sales Engineers and Account Executives in deal cycles
- Deliver standard and semi-customized product demos
- Assist in qualifying customer use cases
- Contribute to proof-of-concept projects
- Provide guidance on implementation best practices
- Collaborate with internal teams
- Build relationships with customer stakeholders
