Cluster Business Financial Analyst (FP&A)

Role Overview

As a Cluster Business Financial Analyst (FP&A), you will partner closely with the Head of Finance Central and Eastern Europe and business leaders across the Cluster Central and Eastern Europe to provide financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and performance analysis that support strategic decision-making.

What You Will Do

You will support annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and monthly outlook processes, analyze financial and operational performance, prepare management reports, and monitor actual results against budget and forecast.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in FP&A, Financial Analysis, Controlling, Commercial Finance, Business Analysis, or a similar finance role
• Experience working within a multinational and matrix organization
• Fluency in English and Polish, both written and spoken
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, Lookups, and financial modeling
• Experience with SAP ERP and SAP BW is required; HFM would be considered an advantage
• Knowledge of Power BI, Power Query, Tableau, SQL, or Python would be an asset
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and business partnering capabilities
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights
