Role Overview
The Data Analyst (Sales Operations) will be responsible for cleaning up and validating existing data in ServiceTitan and LuxorCRM, ensuring account ownership, contact details, and campaign data are accurate and consistent across both platforms.
What You Will Do
The Data Analyst will manage daily data exports and imports from ServiceTitan to LuxorCRM, create and update sales opportunities in both systems, and identify and escalate data discrepancies and recurring issues to the sales team.
