Regional Lead – Revenue Operations & Project Lifecycle

Role Overview

As Regional Lead – Revenue Operations & Project Lifecycle, you will lead the operational execution and ongoing evolution of Oliver Wyman Europe’s end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring projects move efficiently from setup through invoicing and cash collection with strong governance, commercial accuracy and operational excellence.

What You Will Do

You will lead the Europe Project Setup team, own the regional Revenue Operations control framework, act as the senior escalation point for complex project lifecycle matters, and partner with cross-functional teams to simplify processes, strengthen revenue operations and drive the adoption of AI, automation and ERP capabilities.

Requirements

• Experience in a senior project lifecycle management, revenue control or finance operations leadership role within a professional services environment.
• Deep understanding of work in progress, billing and revenue recognition practices.
• Strong commercial judgement, with the ability to interpret complex contracts and influence senior stakeholders and Partners.
• Experience leading operational improvement or transformation initiatives and analysing complex operational or financial information to develop and communicate recommendations across international teams.
