Financial Analyst – Finance & Strategy (CFO Office)

Role Overview

Join the CFO Office at MoEngage to drive financial planning, performance tracking, and other day-to-day activities in the Business Finance team. You will collaborate directly with cross-functional teams to analyze revenue drivers, prepare management dashboards, and financial reports that guide management decisions.

What You Will Do

Key responsibilities include preparing monthly and quarterly financial performance decks, executive summaries, and board presentations, as well as assisting in building and maintaining the company’s annual operating plan (AOP), rolling quarterly forecasts, and long-range financial models.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of FP&A, Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, or Big 4 Transaction Advisory experience
• Chartered Accountant (CA), or MBA in Finance from a top-tier institute
• Advanced Excel modeling skills, powerpoint skills, a strong grasp of SaaS businesses, and working knowledge of ERPs (NetSuite/SAP) and Salesforce
