Product Operations Manager – Planning & Visibility

Role Overview

Drive cross-group planning and portfolio clarity across core Product teams, partnering with Group Product Managers and Product Leadership.

Build clear roadmaps, deliverable-based work plans, and establish predictable planning cadences, providing leadership with full visibility into commitments and progress.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Product Operations, Technical Program Management, Product Management, or a similar role within a complex technology organization
• Proven experience driving planning and execution across multiple teams, including roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, and delivery tracking
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive alignment and influence senior stakeholders without direct authority
• Hands-on experience with planning and tracking tools such as Jira, Advanced Roadmaps, Confluence, and portfolio management tools
• Experience working with complex product lifecycles involving software, systems, hardware, or multiple engineering dependencies
• Strong analytical skills and experience defining execution KPIs and management-level reporting
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex plans, risks, and trade-offs for different audiences
