Role Overview

The Data Operations team plays a critical role in powering automotiveMastermind’s data-driven products and customer experiences. As a Data Analyst, you will become a subject matter expert in automotive retail data and dealership operations.

What You Will Do

Monitor, analyze, and troubleshoot data quality issues across complex ingestion, transformation, and delivery pipelines. Investigate and resolve data-related issues under time-sensitive conditions while providing clear communication to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in data analysis, data operations, business operations, customer support, or a related field.
• Direct experience working within the automotive retail industry, automotive technology sector, dealership operations, OEM programs, or automotive data environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, and data analysis functions.
• Intermediate SQL proficiency and experience querying large datasets.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
