Role Overview
The Sales Compensation Manager is responsible for designing, administering, and continuously improving sales compensation programs to support business growth and align sales behaviors with company objectives. The role requires advanced analysis, modeling, and business judgment to develop effective compensation solutions and advise leaders on complex sales compensation decisions.
What You Will Do
Design and administer sales compensation plans, partner with Sales and business leaders, analyze plan effectiveness, develop complex financial models, provide compensation recommendations, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and conduct audits and reconciliations of sales compensation data.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Human Resources, Economics, or related field
- Seven (7) plus years of progressive compensation experience
- Compensation (CCP) and/or Global Remuneration (GRP) certification preferred or working toward attaining accreditation
- Experience with Workday and/or sales compensation technology required
- Experience with PayFactors preferred
- Advanced analytical skills using large, complex data sets
- Advanced knowledge of sales compensation concepts
- Strong financial modeling skills and advanced Excel proficiency
- Ability to assess complex business issues and develop practical solutions
- Ability to communicate complex compensation concepts clearly and persuasively
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at multiple levels of the organization
