Role Overview
This position is responsible for designing, administering, and continuously improving sales compensation programs to support business growth and align sales behaviors with company objectives.
What You Will Do
Design and administer sales compensation plans, analyze plan effectiveness, develop complex financial models, and provide compensation recommendations for sales roles.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Human Resources, Economics, or related field
- Seven plus years of progressive compensation experience, with significant experience in sales compensation or incentive compensation
- Compensation (CCP) and/or Global Remuneration (GRP) certification preferred or working toward attaining accreditation
- Experience with Workday and/or sales compensation technology required
- Experience with PayFactors preferred
