Senior Associate – Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

Role Overview

Support the Manager – FP&A in delivering financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting for Modon Communities across all business segments.

What You Will Do

Build and maintain financial models, prepare variance analysis and management reports, and develop Power BI dashboards to provide accurate, timely insights.

6–8 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or financial analysis, preferably within large diversified or asset-intensive organizations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business
• Professional certification: CFA, CGMA, or CPA/ACCA preferred
• 6–8 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or financial analysis
• Hands-on experience in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, financial modelling, and management reporting
• Working knowledge of ERP (Oracle Fusion) and data visualization tools (Power BI)
• Advanced Excel skills
