Customer & Partnerships Operations Manager job description: enable scalable commercial execution, translate strategy into operational reality, and ensure efficient processes for the Account Management and Partnerships Teams. Key responsibilities include managing internal exception processes, establishing operational processes, and collaborating with Rev Ops and Commercial team on GTM projects.
Requirements
- Commercially focused, with an operational mindset
- Proven experience in a role supporting commercial teams
- Strong understanding of systems and data, including how they interact, and how to draw actionable insights
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills
- Ability to translate strategy into its operational elements to drive execution
- Experience working cross-functionally across teams
- Curiosity, and exploration of new ideas and ways of working
- SAAS, FinTech, and / or payments experience
