We are looking for a Data Analyst Specialist with analytical thinking and commercial orientation, who can transform customer data into relevant information and concrete recommendations for business development.
What You Will Do
Monitoring and analyzing customer behavior, churn rates, and identifying causes; Identifying opportunities for retention, loyalty, and value growth; Preparing lists for personalized commercial campaigns; Analyzing campaign results and formulating recommendations for improving performance.
