Moloco is looking for a Head of Product GTM, AMER to lead our in-market product commercialization efforts across one of our most strategically important regions. This role sits within the Product Solutions & Operations (PSO) organization – the team that bridges Moloco’s product roadmap and our customers’ business outcomes – and will be responsible for turning Moloco Ads’ global product strategy into durable, in-market revenue growth in AMER.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in product commercialization, solutions consulting, product management, or a related field
- Demonstrated track record of leading cross-functional go-to-market efforts and driving measurable revenue impact in a complex, fast-moving environment
- 4+ years of people management experience, with a history of building and developing strong teams
- Deep familiarity with the digital advertising ecosystem — including key advertisers, platforms, measurement dynamics, and competitive landscape
- Strong commercial instincts, ability to build robust product knowledge, exceptional communication and influence skills, analytical and metrics-driven
