Work closely with sales and marketing partners, customers to provide technical supports, new application development, custom compound development, customer trouble shooting, lab assessment and technical data package preparation, directed at Industrial segment for both Specialty Elastomer and Construction Sealant.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in technical-related roles such as Technical Engineering, Technical Sales, or Product Development, with direct customer interaction.
- Willing and able to travel frequently (approximately 40%).
