Role Overview
Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and pain points, and enhance internal processes through automation and productivity improvement. Be a subject matter expert in retail finance business and data.
What You Will Do
Consolidate data from multiple sources, develop tools for stakeholders, build and implement data visualization, critically evaluate and define business metrics, and develop analysis for actionable insights.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, skilled in SQL and Python, critical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities. Experience in finance/banking and business intelligence is a plus.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and above in Computer Science/Engineering, Statistics, Business Analytics, Information Technology, Finance/ Banking, Statistics and other related fields.
- Skilled in SQL and Python is Mandatory.
- Have critical thinking and structured problem-solving capabilities.
- Being able to work well with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic accounting/finance knowledge is preferred.
- Experience in the finance/banking industry is a plus.
- Experience in business intelligence and analytics in e-commerce is a plus.
