Role Overview
Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand their reporting needs, conduct analysis and share actionable insights to support data-driven business decisions. Manage and support data requests from all Monee departments, delivering accurate reports, dashboards, or analysis within SLA timelines. Develop, maintain, and optimise dashboards and reports using BI tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio, Google Sheets).
What You Will Do
Extract, clean, and analyze large datasets from various sources to generate insights for the relevant departments. Support business growth plans through close monitoring and analysis of marketing performance, sales conversion and ad-hoc projects based on business needs.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of work experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics or similar roles, experience in Financial Services, Fintech or Payments industry is a plus
- Proficiency in Excel and SQL for data extraction and analysis is mandatory
- Knowledge of Python or R for data analytics and modeling is a plus.
