Requirements
- 5 to 7+ years of experience in a technical customer-facing role
- 3+ years of experience being accountable for customer health and revenue realization
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, STEM, or equivalent technical work experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
