Requirements

  • 5 to 7+ years of experience in a technical customer-facing role
  • 3+ years of experience being accountable for customer health and revenue realization
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, STEM, or equivalent technical work experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
