Role Overview
Collaborate with business teams to define and break down key business objectives, contribute to the design and optimization of core business metrics, and establish monitoring mechanisms.
What You Will Do
Conduct in-depth analyses of key business priorities, leverage user behavior, product, and business performance data to identify growth opportunities and bottlenecks, and provide data-driven insights to inform business strategies.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- Relevant internship experience at reputable consulting firms, in internet business analysis or corporate strategy, securities research, investment institutions, or related fields
- Familiar with data modeling concepts, data mining theories, and systematic data analysis methodologies
- Proficient in Excel, with working knowledge of Python and other data analysis tools, as well as SQL scripting
- Interested in AI applications and familiar with new AI tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, and Workbuddy, or experienced in vibe coding
- Practical investment experience in Hong Kong and U.S. equities and derivatives
- Fluent English & Chinese listening, speaking, reading, and writing for both daily and technical communication
