Role Overview
This person will play a key role in influencing the opinion of key stakeholders, developing and delivering strategic plans, and ensuring focused and engaging messages are communicated to our target markets. The role will support in retaining and maximising existing clients, help win new ones and manage and enhance our brand.
What You Will Do
Work closely with partners and fee earners to challenge, develop and deliver strategic plans and initiatives. Develop, manage and implement multi-channel comms and targeted business development campaigns, ensuring they’re engaging, focused, measured and followed up.

You’ll have experience of advising and delivering strategic marketing and business development plans within the professional services environment, and be comfortable advising, influencing and challenging partners. You’ll also be experienced in the full marketing mix, including secondary and tertiary comms, data and analytics, targeted business development campaigns and client care.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of strategic marketing and business development, both planning and delivering.
- 5+ years experience of working in a professional services firm, preferably accountancy or law.
- Excellent persuader, influencer and challenger, with the ability to work collaboratively.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and systems such as CRMs, GA4 and PowerBI.
- Excellent written communication with attention to detail.
- Strong networking skills; good at quickly establishing relationships and trust.
- Confident at presenting and chairing meetings.
- Experience in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
