Enablement Manager

Role Overview

The Enablement Manager will assist in all case operations within our legal teams, providing training, management, and productivity for case staff in multiple regions across the firm. The role involves overseeing and developing litigation staff, enforcing compliance, and ensuring business operations are at peak performance.

Responsibilities include overseeing litigation staff, monitoring performance, enforcing compliance, resolving roadblocks, auditing case files, establishing new processes, reviewing metrics, facilitating training, and guiding staff to negotiate claims proactively.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
• 2+ years of paralegal or litigation experience in the personal injury industry
• Exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills
• Working knowledge of change management principles and performance evaluation processes
• Ability to work both independently and in a group setting
