Role Overview
The Credit group is a global team guided by Morningstar’s mission to empower investor success. The role is a senior individual contributor position that will own the platforms, data, and reporting frameworks that enable the broader marketing team and drive marketing automation, audience segmentation, reporting, and data management initiatives to improve marketing effectiveness and efficiency.
What You Will Do
The role will involve defining the martech vision, strategy, and roadmap for the global Credit business, owning the end-to-end management of marketing technology platforms, and designing, implementing, and optimizing marketing automation programs.

Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in marketing automation architecture
- Deep hands-on expertise in marketing platform (Pardot, HubSpot, or related) administration, configuration, and integration with Salesforce and supporting technologies
- Strong understanding of lead management, routing, and scoring processes
- Experience with marketing intelligence and visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.)
- Ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously, communicating effectively with stakeholders and prioritizing to deliver high-quality work within deadline
- Ability to collaborate effectively with other team members as well as work independently and autonomously
- High attention to detail and a deep appreciation and proven ability for process-driven and detailed execution of marketing activities
- Strong problem-solving skills with experience overcoming ambiguity
Benefits
- Base Salary – $75,000 – $110,800
- Target Bonus – 15%
- Hybrid work environment with 4 days in-office each week
