As a People Operations Partner, you will serve as a core business partner, leveraging data, culture, and strategy to build an environment where our people and our mission thrive.
What You Will Do
You will work directly with agency leadership and our HR Centers of Excellence (COE) to solve complex organizational challenges, coach leaders, and champion Mosaic’s core values.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of progressive HR Advisor/Partner experience
- SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR (or ability to obtain within one year of hire)
