Senior Salesforce Developer – CPQ

Role Overview

As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will be a senior member of the engineering team that builds and maintains Motive’s Quote-to-Cash stack. You will design, build, and maintain scalable technical solutions across the Quote-to-Cash stack, which includes Salesforce, Zuora Billing and Revenue, NetSuite, Vertex, and n8n/MuleSoft integrations.

What You Will Do

You will configure and customize Salesforce platform components, build and maintain integrations between Salesforce, Zuora, NetSuite, and third-party systems, and drive integration health across the QTC ecosystem.

Requirements

• 7+ years of Salesforce configuration and customization experience
• Deep experience in Quote-to-Cash or Lead-to-Cash in a SaaS or recurring revenue company
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ
• Integration experience using SOAP/REST APIs and middleware
• Understanding of billing and revenue recognition concepts
• Experience with Zuora Billing and/or Zuora Revenue (RevPro), and/or NetSuite ERP
• Strong understanding of Salesforce security best practices
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD tools
• Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party applications
