We are looking for an Account Manager for Poland & Eastern Europe to develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in Poland and the wider Eastern European region. Key responsibilities include managing the entire sales cycle for high-value, technical RF monitoring and geolocation systems, cultivating and maintaining deep relationships with key decision-makers in government, military, and commercial sectors, and maintaining accurate sales pipelines, forecasts, and account plans.
Requirements
- 5–10+ years of proven B2B enterprise or government sales experience
- Experience in Defense, Aerospace, Telecommunications, or Electronic Warfare (EW) / Signal Intelligence (SIGINT)
- Technical acumen in RF technology, spectrum management, or related technical fields
- Market expertise in the Polish public sector, defense procurement processes, and regional market dynamics
- Native-level fluency in Polish and professional business fluency in English
- Security clearance to NATO level
