Role Overview
The Senior IT Business Analyst will drive the optimization of the Oracle CPQ platform, bridging the gap between business objectives and technical execution to ensure a seamless ‘Configure-Price-Quote’ experience for sellers and the sales organization.
What You Will Do
Key responsibilities include business process analysis, requirements management, product roadmap support, system configuration and design, UI/UX optimization, cross-functional liaison, testing and quality assurance, and change management.

Requirements
- 8+ years of IT professional work experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
- Good knowledge of the Lead-to-Cash (LTC) lifecycle and sales technology best practices
- Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business language for stakeholders at all levels
- Experience using data and user feedback to drive continuous platform optimization
- Proficiency with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools like Jira
- Certification: Oracle CPQ Cloud Certified Professional
