Role Overview

Join the Enterprise team at Motorway, a fast-growing scale-up, to shape a new business line from the ground up. As a Sales Operations Coordinator, you’ll be the main point of contact for enterprise lease customers, guiding them through the return and inspection process, and working directly with purchasing dealer partners to keep the buying process smooth. You’ll be part of a new, high-growth business line that redefines the automotive industry.

What You Will Do

As a Sales Operations Coordinator, you’ll work with customers and dealers to manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial vehicle appraisal to final inspection and collection. You’ll conduct customer calls, gather and validate vehicle details, set clear expectations, coordinate collections, process vehicles end to end, handle post-sale queries, maintain operational accuracy, and collaborate cross-functionally with teams.
