Marketing Automation and Database Architect

Role Overview

Applies thorough knowledge of marketing automation, CRM, and database operations to maintain the quality, reliability, optimization, and day-to-day performance of Eloqua backend data infrastructure and related marketing technologies.

What You Will Do

Maintains and improves automation data feeds, data mapping, system connections, troubleshooting, reporting, database integrations, and data hygiene. Evaluates moderately complex issues, recommends practical solutions, and supports approved enhancements and technical initiatives in Eloqua, CRM platforms, and related systems.

Requirements

• 4+ years of related experience in marketing automation, database operations, CRM data, or data quality
• Eloqua or comparable platform experience is preferred
• 4+ years of experience supporting technical projects, audits, system maintenance, data-quality processes, or database optimization efforts
• Track record of performance excellence meeting targets and objectives
• Working knowledge and experience with quantitative analysis, statistics, etc.
• Experience in data and analytics management, including the use of predictive modeling to develop accurate market and product forecasts
• Ability to analyze business needs and formulate them into effective marketing strategies
• Four-year college degree or equivalent
• Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Information Technology or related field
• Eloqua Product Master Certification
• Salesforce Certified Database Administrator
• Adobe Analytics Certification
• Must be proficient with the Eloqua, Salesforce, SugarCRM or like systems
• Solid experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex data issues
