We’re looking for a Revenue Operations Specialist to drive operational excellence across the deal lifecycle, partnering with Sales, Legal, Finance, Cybersecurity and Product teams to ensure deals are structured effectively, priced accurately, and executed efficiently in alignment with company policies and revenue goals.
Requirements
- Support the Commercial team on deal structuring, pricing strategy, and contract terms
- Draft, update, and manage customer contracts, including order forms, addendums, and renewals
- Act as a point of contact for the commercial team for customer requests related to Legal, Finance, and Cybersecurity
- Review and approve non-standard deal requests while ensuring alignment with internal policies and revenue guidelines
- Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Cybersecurity, and Product teams to ensure deal compliance, risk mitigation, and proper revenue treatment
- Maintain accurate deal data in CRM systems and generate insights to improve forecasting accuracy and sales efficiency
- Develop and optimize deal approval workflows to increase sales velocity
- Manage internal approval workflows for discounts, exceptions, or special terms
