Data Analyst

Role Overview

Data Analyst will work across dispatch, courier experience, and supply operations, owning numbers behind orders, couriers, and supply. Strong analytical thinking and marketplace dynamics required.

What You Will Do

Own analysis end-to-end, monitor supply performance, analyze courier lifecycle, evaluate product changes, and build dashboards.

Why It Might Be a Fit

3+ years analytical role, advanced SQL, Python, statistics, and experimentation fundamentals. Direct experience with dispatch, matching, or courier/fleet supply analytics a plus.

Requirements

• 3+ years in an analytical role at a marketplace, logistics, ride-hailing, or on-demand delivery company
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, or a similar quantitative field
• Advanced SQL, with the ability to write and optimize complex queries on large event data and validate results independently
• Working proficiency in Python for analysis beyond SQL
• Solid statistics and experimentation fundamentals: hypothesis testing, power, and awareness of network effects in marketplace tests
• Understanding of supply-side marketplace dynamics, including utilization, courier earnings, acceptance behavior, and the trade-off between speed and cost
• Ability to break an ambiguous operational question into a structured analysis and land on a clear answer
• Strong analytical judgment: challenge assumptions, assess data quality, and push back on conclusions the numbers don’t support
• Excellent communication, with the ability to explain complex findings to operations and non-technical teams
