Role Overview
The Field Marketing Manager serves as the strategic marketing partner to Microsoft U.S. Operating Units, connecting corporate marketing investments with field sales priorities to drive customer engagement, pipeline creation, executive relationships, and business growth. The role is responsible for translating business priorities into integrated marketing plans and executing high-impact customer engagement strategies that accelerate adoption of Microsoft solutions, strengthen industry relevance, and support revenue outcomes across Enterprise and SME&C segments.
What You Will Do
Lead strategic marketing planning, drive customer engagement, develop and execute local and industry-specific engagement strategies, partner with sales teams, provide Voice of the Field feedback, lead executive stakeholder engagement, manage marketing business reviews, and coordinate cross-functional execution.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, or related field
- 3+ years integrated marketing experience (e.g., campaign planning and execution, digital marketing), event management, program management, marketing operations (including campaign reporting and analysis), or related work experience
