Sales Manager Multi Industry

Role Overview

The Sales Manager Multi Industry will engage directly with C-level executives from some of Brazil’s largest enterprise customers, helping them envision and realize the impact of AI, Copilot, and Cloud transformation on their business priorities. This role is responsible for providing a differentiated Customer experience for our customers, delivering solutions that result in targeted business outcomes and driving revenue growth for Microsoft.

What You Will Do

The Sales Manager Multi Industry will lead the orchestration of a cross-functional team of Specialists, Partners, and Support resources to deliver end-to-end solutions that accelerate business outcomes and strengthen long-term strategic relationships. This role will also foster and define a culture of inclusion, learning, mentorship, coaching, customer-centricity, accountability, collaboration, and achievement of bold goals.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering (e.g., Electrical or Mechanical), Business Management, Economics, or related field
• 7+ years experience in sales, marketing/advertising, managing high performance sales and technical-sales teams, and/or leadership roles in multi-tiered large organizations
• 5+ years direct/formal people management experience
• 5+ years experience leading teams and/or managers in a Sales organization
