Senior Communications Manager, AI Monetization

Role Overview

As a Senior Communications Manager, you will work on the frontlines of AI economics, collaborating with the AI Monetization team at Microsoft. You will drive innovation and shape how emerging technologies are communicated internally and externally. You’ll play a pivotal role in crafting intentional messaging that supports executive needs, shapes employee identity, and clearly articulates the innovations fueling one of Microsoft’s key investment areas: AI, revenue from advertising and search, and experimentation in product development.

What You Will Do

Develop collateral materials, define and execute communications tactics, partner with executive leaders, and advise and coach executives for external communications opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Finance, or related field
  • 4+ years communications, marketing operations, field operations, program management, project management, or related experience
  • Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements

Benefits

  • Base pay range: USD $106,400 – $203,600 per year
