Role Overview
Microsoft 365 Copilot is transforming how small and medium businesses work, bringing AI-powered assistance into the tools millions of customers rely on every day. The Senior Product Marketing Manager will lead growth strategy for Microsoft 365 Business plus Copilot, drive how we package and message our strategy across Microsoft 365, Copilot, Connectors, and Agents, and develop a deep understanding of SMB customer needs and buying behavior.
What You Will Do
The Senior Product Marketing Manager will drive the product evolution required to support SMB use cases, partner with engineering to drive product evolution, design, run, and read out test-and-learn experiments, and turn product and usage data into targeted marketing plays.

Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field
- 3+ years experience in business
- OR Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field and 5+ years experience in business
- OR equivalent experience
- 6+ years of experience in product marketing, growth marketing, or product-led growth
- Track record of driving packaging, attach, or conversion strategies and measurable seat or revenue growth
- Experimentation mindset — comfortable designing tests, reading data, and iterating fast
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration across product, engineering, go-to-market, and channel or partner teams
- Storytelling in writing and in person, including the ability to compose crisp messaging and packaging narratives
- Experience in SMB, unmanaged, or self-serve segments, and with channel and partner ecosystems such as distributors and resellers
- Familiarity with Copilot, Microsoft 365, or comparable AI and productivity products, and with SMB packaging and competitive positioning
- Experience partnering with engineering and using product-usage signals to drive marketing
- Comfort operating in ambiguity in an incubation or zero-to-one environment
Benefits
- Product Marketing IC4 – The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $106,400 – $203,600 per year
