Senior Data & AI Solutions Engineer – Automation, Analytics & AI

Role Overview

We are seeking a Data Engineer with strong technical expertise and a business-oriented mindset to lead end-to-end data, automation, and AI solutions. The role requires the ability to understand business needs and translate them into scalable, reliable technology solutions.

Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines, automation processes, analytics, and AI-enabled solutions that drive operational efficiency and data-informed decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in science discipline, computing science, engineering, mathematical, statistics or related field
• Minimum of 2 years or 5 years (for Senior position) of relevant hands on experience in building end to end data pipelines and analytics
• Experience with Microsoft technologies (e.g., Azure, Power Platform, Power BI, Copilot)
• Program/project management: planning, prioritization, risk/issue management, and delivery at pace; comfortable with Agile/Lean practices
• Communication & influence: excellent English communication; ability to influence across functions and present technical topics to non-technical audiences
• Change enablement: stakeholder engagement, training, and adoption support
• Problem-solving & critical thinking: structured analysis, hypothesis-driven approach, and pragmatic delivery mindset
