Role Overview
MSX is looking for a Financial Operations Supervisor to lead and manage the operational management of automotive financing programs and credit repays. The role involves operational supervision, management, and treatment of pending items and complaints.
What You Will Do
The Financial Operations Supervisor will be responsible for operational supervision and flows, operational management, SLAs and contingency, treatment of pending items and complaints, people management and access, and technical requirements and experience.

The ideal candidate will have solid experience in operational supervision or leadership in financial services, automotive financing, or BNDES credit repays, as well as knowledge in SLA management, process quality control, and monitoring of automated routines/robots.
Requirements
- Solid experience in operational supervision or leadership in financial services, automotive financing, or BNDES credit repays
- Knowledge in SLA management, process quality control, and monitoring of automated routines/robots
- Experience in treating pending items with dealerships/dealers and attending ombudsman offices
- Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
- Graduation in Administration, Economics, or related areas
- English and Spanish language skills (desired)
