Role Overview

We are seeking a Business Development Manager who is proactive, driven, and passionate about building relationships and uncovering new opportunities. This role will focus on prospecting, qualifying leads, and supporting the sales team in growing MCC’s market presence while communicating our value proposition in packaging solutions.

What You Will Do

Key Responsibilities include: prospecting & lead generation, opportunity qualification, customer engagement, market intelligence, collaboration, and CRM management.

The ideal candidate will have 4–7 years of experience in business development, sales support, or related roles, with a strong communication and relationship-building skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Requirements

  • 4–7 years of experience in business development, sales support, or related roles
  • 2+ years of experience working in the packaging, printing or labeling industry
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to research and identify potential customers
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM systems (Salesforce a plus)
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
